Product Introduction:

The Double Shaft Shredder is designed based on scientific principles, featuring low speed, high torque, and low noise. Equipped with two rows of specially processed alloy steel blades, it achieves easy disintegration of large-volume materials through biting, tearing, and cutting. The Siemens programmable control system allows for automatic/manual control, including functions such as start, stop, reverse, and automatic reversal protection in case of overload.

Features:

  1. Detachable Box Structure: The detachable box structure, combined with the top and bottom open-bearing seat design, facilitates bearing and rotor maintenance. The box is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant lining plates to ensure wear resistance and corrosion resistance. There is an isolation gap between the wear-resistant lining plate and the bearing seat. The bearing seat employs a unique sealing device to prevent liquid and dust from entering and corroding the bearings, thereby extending their lifespan. A material diversion device is located below the box to prevent jamming caused by strip-shaped materials and textiles winding around the shaft.

  2. Cutter Shaft: The cutter shaft consists of the main shaft and cutting tools. The main shaft is forged from high-quality alloy material, and the input section of the gearbox adopts a DIN5480 spline connection, ensuring uniform transmission torque, high load-bearing capacity, and quick assembly/disassembly. The cutting tools use a high-alloy steel integral quenching process, enhancing their applicability to different materials. The tools can be repeatedly sharpened, significantly reducing customer operating costs. The overall design of the cutting tools can be customized based on material characteristics, including integral, detachable interchangeable, single-tooth, and multi-tooth structures.

  3. Forced Feeding Device: Primarily used for assisting in the crushing of hollow or loose materials, such as round, square, or large-sized materials. The forced feeding device compresses the material onto the cutting tools for shredding. It automatically adjusts the pushing box's forward, backward, pressure, and stroke frequency based on the main machine's current, greatly improving shredding efficiency.
